Notes
Air Superiority Associates (ASA) eventually defaulted on the contract after only 4 issues. According to Jeff Jonas, the contract was proposed to PS Magazine with assurances from ASA senior management that they would be given the resources necessary to do an exceptional job. However after only a short time, differences among senior management and poor decisions caused the company to default on the contract after only 4 issues. Jeff Noted that although he and Steve High did propose and execute the contract they were not principles or officers within ASA.
